How Does Our Service Work?

Online Software -- Built for Churches and Ministries

Register Your Ministry

To begin using our services, you must register your ministry on our site. No credit card is required to register and there are no setup fees. You will have 30 days to try our ministry management software -- free of charge. At the end of the trial, we will ask you if you would like to join the Tithify family. If you choose to remain and use our services, we will ask you for a credit card at that time. Your monthly bill is based on your selected ministry subscription plans.

Setup Your Ministry Bank Account

Your ministry bank account is the account into which we deposit credit/debit card donations and love gifts, made to your ministry (typically deposited within 3-7 days, depending on the financial institution). Setup your ministry contact information. Tell us how you want your ministry to appear on donors' bank statements, etc. We give you easy control using our ministry management tools. Have a question about setup? No problem -- we are just a call or email away.

Manage Ministry Donation Settings

Create donation categories for your ministry (some examples include Tithes, Offering, Kingdom Expansion, Missions, Building Fund, Outreach/Evangelism, etc.). Once you have defined donation categories, you can create donation forms to accept credit/debit card donations and love gifts. From there, you can link a donation form to one or more donation categories. You can even setup 'Text to Give' phone numbers so that they can be linked to your donation form.

Manage People in Your Database

Use our online management tools to keep track of the people in your ministry. Use our system to keep track of guest speakers, guest singers/artists, vendors, service technicians and a host of other people. Create your own categories to help organize your data. We give you the flexibility. Need to track another ministry, organization, company, government or sponsor? We can support that too.

Review Your Ministry at a Glance

Use the management dashboard to get an overview of your ministry including annual and monthly donations per donation category, ministry metrics, as well as, demographic data such as age, gender and marital status. We give you the ability to visualize your ministry data from a top level view, while simultaneously providing a means to keep track of your data at fine-grained reporting levels.

Create Staff Accounts

Our system provides a flexible set of roles and permissions that you can apply to staff accounts. You can setup accounts for your staff that allow a person to only have access to a small portion of your ministry data. In addition, we keep track of the actions of your ministry staff. You get this level of flexibility at no additional charge. That's right! We do not charge you for additional staff accounts!
